Scope: This policy applies to the Fitory mobile application provided globally.
Data We Collect
- We do not collect, store, or create user accounts, profile data, or workout logs on our servers.
- Advertising: Fitory uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device information (such as device identifiers, IP address, and app usage data) to serve and measure ads. This collection is governed by Google’s policies, not ours.
How Data Is Used
- We do not use or process personal data because we do not collect it.
- Any data collected by AdMob is used for delivering and improving ads in accordance with Google’s terms.

Data Storage and Retention
- We do not operate backend servers for Fitory and do not retain user data.
- AdMob handles its own storage and retention; refer to Google’s policies above.
Children’s Privacy
- Fitory is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through ads, please contact us so we can work with Google to address it.
Your Choices
- You can reset your device’s advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device settings to reduce personalized ads.
- If you opt out of personalized ads, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant.
