This Privacy Policy explains how SnackLess Days handles information when you use the app.
Information stored on your device
SnackLess Days is designed to store your habit information locally on your device. This may include your onboarding choices, snack frequency setting, craving logs, custom tags, reflections, failure logs, badges, notification preferences, and app language preference.
Information we do not collect
SnackLess Days does not require an account. The app does not intentionally collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, camera data, HealthKit data, or advertising identifier.
Subscriptions and purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. SnackLess Days uses Apple's StoreKit framework to check subscription status and restore purchases. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, SnackLess Days schedules local notifications on your device. Notification content and timing are handled on the device.
Analytics and advertising
SnackLess Days uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how people use the app and to improve its features. Firebase Analytics may collect an app instance identifier, device and operating system information, app version, app interactions, and general region derived from masked IP addresses.
We also send limited in-app events, such as onboarding progress, selected app language, snack frequency, the number of selected improvement goals, and the subscription plan selected. We do not send reflection text, craving-log text, custom tags, or other free-form content to Firebase Analytics.
SnackLess Days does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not use Firebase Analytics data for targeted advertising, personalized advertising, or cross-app tracking.
Data deletion
You can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device. Apple may retain purchase records according to Apple's own policies. Analytics data is handled by Google Analytics in accordance with its applicable retention settings and policies.
Children
SnackLess Days is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
Privacy choices and contact
SnackLess Days does not currently provide an account system or server-side profile. If you contact support by email, we will use your message only to respond to your request.

SnackLess Days は、習慣記録、衝動ログ、振り返り、通知設定、言語設定などを端末内に保存する設計です。アカウント登録は不要です。利用状況の把握と機能改善のために Firebase Analytics を使用し、アプリインスタンス識別子、端末・OS情報、アプリのバージョン、アプリ内操作、おおよその地域、オンボーディングの進行状況、選択した言語・お菓子回数・目標数・サブスクリプションプランを送信します。自由記述の振り返りや衝動ログ、カスタムタグは Firebase Analytics に送信しません。広告SDKは使用せず、広告配信・パーソナライズ広告・アプリ横断トラッキングには利用しません。サブスクリプションの購入処理と購入状態の確認は Apple の StoreKit を通じて行われ、当方がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
